Usuwanie konta w aplikacji stampL

Ta strona wyjaśnia, jak usunąć konto stampL oraz powiązane z nim dane. Konto możesz usunąć samodzielnie w aplikacji w dowolnym momencie. Jeśli nie masz dostępu do aplikacji, możesz też poprosić nas o usunięcie danych mailowo.
1. Jak usunąć konto w aplikacji
- Otwórz aplikację stampL i zaloguj się na swoje konto.
- Przejdź do zakładki Konto.
- Na dole ekranu wybierz „usuń konto".
- Potwierdź, podając swoje hasło, i naciśnij „usuń konto na zawsze".
Konto i dane logowania są usuwane natychmiast, w trakcie tej operacji.
2. Jak usunąć konto bez dostępu do aplikacji
Jeśli nie możesz zalogować się do aplikacji, wyślij prośbę o usunięcie konta na adres: support@stampl.app. W treści podaj adres e-mail powiązany z kontem. Zrealizujemy prośbę w ciągu 30 dni i potwierdzimy usunięcie mailowo.
3. Jakie dane są usuwane
W wyniku usunięcia konta trwale usuwamy:
- Twój adres e-mail i dane logowania,
- identyfikator użytkownika (UID) nadany przez system uwierzytelniania,
- powiązanie Twojej tożsamości z wystawionymi przez Ciebie ocenami.
4. Jakie dane mogą zostać zachowane
Wystawione przez Ciebie oceny miejsc (wartość liczbowa, kategorie, lokalizacja, opcjonalne zdjęcie) są częścią publicznej, wspólnej mapy społeczności. Po usunięciu konta mogą one pozostać widoczne, ale w formie zanonimizowanej — bez jakiegokolwiek powiązania z Twoją tożsamością czy adresem e-mail.
Jeśli chcesz, aby usunąć również konkretne oceny lub dodane zdjęcia, napisz do nas na support@stampl.app — usuniemy je na Twoją prośbę.
Deleting your stampL account

This page explains how to delete your stampL account and the data linked to it. You can delete your account yourself in the app at any time. If you can't access the app, you can also ask us to delete your data by email.
1. How to delete your account in the app
- Open the stampL app and sign in to your account.
- Go to the Account tab.
- At the bottom of the screen, choose "delete account".
- Confirm by entering your password and tap "delete account forever".
Your account and login data are deleted immediately, during this operation.
2. How to delete your account without app access
If you can't sign in to the app, send a deletion request to: support@stampl.app. In the message, include the email address linked to the account. We will complete the request within 30 days and confirm the deletion by email.
3. What data is deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- your email address and login data,
- the user identifier (UID) assigned by the authentication system,
- the link between your identity and the ratings you posted.
4. What data may be retained
The place ratings you posted (numeric value, categories, location, optional photo) are part of the public, shared community map. After your account is deleted they may remain visible, but in anonymized form — without any link to your identity or email address.
If you also want specific ratings or uploaded photos removed, write to us at support@stampl.app — we will remove them at your request.

Diese Seite erklärt, wie du dein stampL-Konto und die damit verknüpften Daten löschst. Du kannst dein Konto jederzeit selbst in der App löschen. Wenn du keinen Zugriff auf die App hast, kannst du uns auch per E-Mail um die Löschung deiner Daten bitten.
1. So löschst du dein Konto in der App
- Öffne die stampL-App und melde dich bei deinem Konto an.
- Gehe zum Tab Konto.
- Wähle unten auf dem Bildschirm „Konto löschen".
- Bestätige mit deinem Passwort und tippe auf „Konto für immer löschen".
Dein Konto und deine Anmeldedaten werden sofort, während dieses Vorgangs, gelöscht.
2. So löschst du dein Konto ohne App-Zugriff
Wenn du dich nicht in der App anmelden kannst, sende eine Löschanfrage an: support@stampl.app. Gib in der Nachricht die mit dem Konto verknüpfte E-Mail-Adresse an. Wir bearbeiten die Anfrage innerhalb von 30 Tagen und bestätigen die Löschung per E-Mail.
3. Welche Daten gelöscht werden
Durch die Kontolöschung entfernen wir dauerhaft:
- deine E-Mail-Adresse und deine Anmeldedaten,
- die vom Authentifizierungssystem vergebene Nutzerkennung (UID),
- die Verknüpfung deiner Identität mit den von dir abgegebenen Bewertungen.
4. Welche Daten erhalten bleiben können
Die von dir abgegebenen Ortsbewertungen (numerischer Wert, Kategorien, Standort, optionales Foto) sind Teil der öffentlichen, gemeinsamen Community-Karte. Nach der Kontolöschung können sie sichtbar bleiben, jedoch in anonymisierter Form — ohne jegliche Verknüpfung mit deiner Identität oder E-Mail-Adresse.
Wenn du möchtest, dass auch bestimmte Bewertungen oder hochgeladene Fotos entfernt werden, schreibe uns an support@stampl.app — wir löschen sie auf deine Anfrage hin.
Suppression de ton compte stampL

Cette page explique comment supprimer ton compte stampL ainsi que les données qui y sont liées. Tu peux supprimer ton compte toi-même dans l'application à tout moment. Si tu n'as pas accès à l'application, tu peux aussi nous demander de supprimer tes données par e-mail.
1. Comment supprimer ton compte dans l'application
- Ouvre l'application stampL et connecte-toi à ton compte.
- Va dans l'onglet Compte.
- En bas de l'écran, choisis « supprimer le compte ».
- Confirme en saisissant ton mot de passe et appuie sur « supprimer le compte pour toujours ».
Ton compte et tes données de connexion sont supprimés immédiatement, pendant cette opération.
2. Comment supprimer ton compte sans accès à l'application
Si tu ne peux pas te connecter à l'application, envoie une demande de suppression à : support@stampl.app. Dans le message, indique l'adresse e-mail associée au compte. Nous traiterons la demande dans un délai de 30 jours et confirmerons la suppression par e-mail.
3. Quelles données sont supprimées
La suppression du compte entraîne la suppression définitive de :
- ton adresse e-mail et tes données de connexion,
- l'identifiant utilisateur (UID) attribué par le système d'authentification,
- le lien entre ton identité et les notes que tu as publiées.
4. Quelles données peuvent être conservées
Les notes de lieux que tu as publiées (valeur numérique, catégories, localisation, photo facultative) font partie de la carte communautaire publique et partagée. Après la suppression de ton compte, elles peuvent rester visibles, mais sous forme anonymisée — sans aucun lien avec ton identité ou ton adresse e-mail.
Si tu souhaites également que des notes ou des photos précises soient supprimées, écris-nous à support@stampl.app — nous les supprimerons à ta demande.
